Folios Development Co. Ltd (FDCL) is a Rwandan-registered construction and interior fit-out company established in 2008.
Our core business focuses on construction, interior fit-outs, building works, engineering coordination, project supervision and related technical services for corporate and institutional clients.
Our offices are located at Plot No. 25, KK728 Street, Rebero, Kicukiro District, Kigali, Rwanda.
